Terms & Conditions

Samurank is operated by SLIQ By Design(“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By signing up for or using Samurank (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Service

Samurank provides done-for-you SEO content creation and publishing, plus a reporting dashboard that reflects data from the Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 properties you connect. Search rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control — search engine algorithm changes, your website platform, and market competition — and aren’t guaranteed to a specific number or timeline beyond what’s stated in our money-back guarantee (Section 5).

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent, including granting the access requested during onboarding (e.g. your website’s CMS, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4).

3. Connected Google Accounts

By connecting Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics 4, you authorize Samurank to access read-only performance data for the properties you select, solely to populate your dashboard and measure the SEO content we publish for you. You represent that you’re authorized to grant this access. You may revoke it at any time; doing so may pause dashboard reporting and content publishing until you reconnect. 4. Fees & Billing

Samurank is billed monthly in advance, in USD, at the plan and price agreed at signup. Late or failed payments may result in the Service being paused until resolved.

5. Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee

New accounts get a 7-day free trial — cancel during the trial at no charge. After the trial, if we don’t hit the ranking and traffic targets we agree with you within the agreed timeframe, you’re entitled to a refund per the guarantee terms shared at signup. In some cases we may instead choose to keep working on your account at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Outside of the money-back guarantee above, we don’t provide partial-month refunds.

7. Content Ownership

Once published to your site, the SEO content we create for you is yours. SLIQ By Design retains the right to reference the engagement — including your business name and results achieved — in its own portfolio and marketing, unless you opt out in writing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or manipulative SEO practices (for example, link schemes designed to violate search engine guidelines) that could get your site penalized. We reserve the right to decline work that violates search engine guidelines.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without guarantee of specific rankings beyond Section 5. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes; we’ll notify active clients of any material change.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, settled by binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, except where local law requires otherwise.
